Meshreen Temperature Monitoring System is a type of wireless sensor network designed specifically for industry-grade temperature monitoring. We have the capability to switch to other types of sensors,such as pressure, vibration, air quality, and liquid monitoring sensors. Utilizing ZigBee 3.0 standard protocol, our system ensures robust and reliable sensor data delivery, easily supporting the deployment of more than 500 sensor nodes across a wide area network.
In the picture below, it states that we deployed our TMS to the largest steel company in Taiwan. Due to dust or materials falling on the bearings of the conveyor rollers, friction may generate high temperatures. If the conveyor belt stops on a high-temperature roller, it can burn and cause industrial safety accidents.
TMS software provide various functions, Including:
- Collect Wireless Sensor Data: Collects data via ZigBee network.
- Record and Display Sensor Data: Logs and visualizes sensor data.
- Monitor Sensor Signal Strength and Battery Power: Records and displays sensor signal strength and battery levels.
- Deliver Sensor Data in Real-Time: Sends sensor data to customized servers/clients, such as OPC servers, in real-time.
